A review on the recent advance of the application of ratio-spectra derivative spectrophotometry was presented in this paper, pertaining especially to its application to the simultaneous determination of multi-components in sample mixtures and to the optimization of experimental conditions. A brief introduction of the basic principle of the ratio-spectra derivative spectrophotometry was also given (50 references cited).
