水体微型颗粒的流式细胞术测定 被引量:2

Determination of Fine Particles in Water by Flow Cytometry

摘要 应用流式细胞术 (FCM)对水体中不同粒径级微型颗粒的数量、百分比及随时间变化进行了初步研究;仪器经流速校正 ,样品经过滤 ,外参法测定;结果表明FCM可快速。 Numbers, percentage and change with time of fine particles in water were determined and studied by flow cytometry(FCM). Flow rate of flow cytometer was adjusted. Samples were filtered and analyzed by external standard method. The results showed that FCM could rapidly measure fine particles in water.
