摘要 以合成的二甲基_β_环糊精(DM_β_CD)为手性选择剂,氯化四丁基铵为改性剂,考察了缓冲液pH、DM_β_CD浓度、氯化四丁基铵浓度对7种麻黄碱类药物立体异构体的电泳分离影响 ;结果表明 :在pH2的20mmol/LTris-H3PO4 缓冲液、60g/LDM_β_CD、5 %(φ)氯化四丁基铵条件下。 Capillary electrophoresis was utilized for the separation of seven stereoisomers in ephedrine drugs. Chiral discrimination was accomplished using synthesized dimethyl- β- CD(DM- β- CD) as a chiral selector, and tetrabutylammonium chloride(TBAC) as a modifier. Effects of buffer pH, concentration of DM- β- CD and TBAC on the electrophoretic resolution of the ephedrine stereoisomers were examined. The experimental results showed that seven stereoisomers of ephedrines were satisfactorily separated with resolutions more than 2.6 in 20 min under conditions of 20 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4 buffer solution at pH 2, 60 g/L DM- β- CD and 5%(φ) TBAC. Calibration curves of the ephedrines were linear over the range 10~200 mg/L. This method was used in the determination of ephedrines in natural Herba Ephedrae.
