摘要
采用温度补偿法 ,对超音速火焰喷涂 (HVOF)Cr3 C2 -NiCr金属陶瓷过程中粉末粒子的加热、熔化过程进行了数值模拟。温度补偿法是一种用来求解伴随有相变的传热问题 ,相比其它方法 ,本方法可在计算量较小的前提下 ,获得与实际传热过程接近的结果 ,温度曲线波动较小 ,且能反映熔化界面的变化推移过程。
In this paper, the thermal compensation method is used for numerically modeling the heating and melting behavior of Cr 3C 2-NiCr particles during the flight within HVOF flame. This method is usually used to solve the thermal transfer problems with a movable solid-liquid interface. Compared with other methods, the relatively smooth profiles of the temperature histories can be obtained and the moving processes of solid-liquid interfaces within the particles can be clearly exhibited with substantially less tedious algebraic work.
