摘要 实时测量与控制系统应具有参数自动装定、实时检测、自动调控、多电源输出、故障提示和数据处理等功能。系统采用直接控制级(前沿机)和过程管理级(中心控制机)二级控制结构。前沿机以测控模块为控制中心,接受中心控制机或键盘显示模块的指令,通过单片机8031及相关控制电路完成自动控制检测信号产生、数据采集,通过切换、转接模块完成检测回路切换等工作,并通过RS-422异步串行口实现通讯。其硬件设计包括数据采集控制、键盘显示电路等。中心控制机软件采用Quick BASIC语言编写,包括发送命令代码和数据接收处理等7个功能模块。直接控制机软件采用MC-51汇编语言编写,由测控、自检、键盘显示3个程序模块组成。 Based on the technique of computer, the online measure and control system be provided with many functions such as automatically load parameter and examine, real time static check and adjust control, multi-electrical source output, fault prompt and data processing etc. Two control constructions are adopted for in the system, the directly controlling class (front machine) and the process managing class (center control machine). The front machine that control module is used as control center accepts the instruction from the center control machine or keyboard display module. The producing of sign and data acquisition are completed by SCM 8031 and the related electric circuit. The work of examine the loop switch is realized by the conversion module, communication is implemented by RS-422. The hardware design of direct control machine includes the control circuit of data acquisition and keyboard display etc. The software of center control machine is edited with Quick BASIC, the software includes the main functions of 7 modules that are sending of instruction code and receiving data and processing data. The software of direct control machine is edited with MC-51 assemble language, it is make up of 3 procedure modules of measure and control automatically check and keyboard display.
