克山病患者红细胞免疫功能观察

THE INVESTIGATION OF RED CELL IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH KESHAN DISEASE

本文报道慢型和潜在型克山病患者红细胞免疫功能检测结果。慢克患者红细胞C_3b受体花环率明显低于非病屯健康人群,而慢克患者红细胞免疫复合物花环率明显高于健康人群。慢、潜克患者CIC含量高者,红细胞C_3b受体花环率明显低于CIC含量低的患者。

Red cell immunological adherent function were determined in 35 cases of patients with Keshan disease and compared with those of normal persons. In 15 patients with chronic Keshan disease, the rosette formation rate of red cell C_3b receptor was lower than that in the normal persons,while the rosette formation rate of red cell immune complex was higher than that in the normal persons In high circulating immune complex (CIC) of patients, the rosette formation rate of red cell C_3b.receptor. was significantly lower than that in low CIC patients.
