摘要
利用相似理论,对火炮弹道、结构强度、主要功能部件及炮位土壤建立了力学相似关系;确定了全系统各相似参数之间的相容性;以某155mm加榴炮为原型,按6.738:1的比例缩小为23mm的模型炮,设计了模型炮的装药、弹丸和药筒,制造了模型炮;在模型炮上进行了7个射击试验项目。把模型炮试验数据与原型炮在国家靶场定型试验的结果进行了比较,证明了相似理论在火炮模拟方面应用的可行性。
In this paper, based on the dynamic similitude theory, similitude relationships of the artillery ballistics, artillery intensity, major artillery components, and the emplacement soil are established. The compatibility of all parameters in the system are established. The theory base of the model design and the test technology was given. A 23mm simulated artillery is established by reduce 155mm gun in size at a proportion of 6.738: 1. All components and parts of the similitude artillery were designed. Later, the ar- tillery was made for shooting test. On the similitude simulation artillery, 7 items of shooting tests were proceeded. The data got from the shooting tests were compared with the data from the approval test in the national shooting field. It verfis the fisibility of the application of the similitude theory in artillery simulation.
