摘要
根据炮闩系统结构的特殊性,首次提出基于虚拟样机和故障预测专家系统的故障仿真预测模型的建模方法和设计思想。基于多体力学理论,采用ADAMS软件平台建立了炮闩系统的虚拟样机。根据系统的动态权重系数集和动态模糊关系矩阵,按照建立的动态模糊综合评判模型可以得到系统可能出现的故障,由预测结果调用知识库中的诊断知识产生实际发生的故障部件。这样建立的仿真模型将虚拟样机和专家系统结合在一起,从定性和定量两个方面表达各部件的动态属性、行为特性,有效地对炮闩系统的故障机理进行仿真研究。
For the first time the modeling method and designing technique for fault simulation and pre- diction system based on the synthesis of virtual prototype and expert system according to the particulari- ty of breech mechanism is put forward. Based on the theory of Multi-body Dynamics, we adopt ADAMS simulation platform and establish virtual prototype of breech mechanism. Several possible faults will be produced through the dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evolution method based on the dynamic weight rate coefficients set and the dynamic fuzzy relationship matrix. Components possible faults can be obtained by using the comprehensive evaluation dynamic fuzzy model. According to the prediction result, the actual fault components will be brought out by using the knowledge in the knowledge database. This kind of fault simulation and prediction model combine virtual prototype with expert system, and describe dynam- ic proprieties and the action characters of components both from quantitative and qualitative aspects. A practical fault simulation and prediction system has been developed and, which can help in research of simulation of breech mechanism fault principle.
