Strength Design of Gun Barrel Based on Consistent Reliability

从分析火炮身管的材料、载荷和结构尺寸的离散性出发,建立了火炮身管强度设计的可靠度模型;从可靠度一致的角度出发,建立了火炮身管的全长结构尺寸与可靠度一致之间的关系;针对某型火炮身管进行了可靠度有限一致的强度设计,从而保证了身管设计安全裕度的有限一致。

The reliability model of strength design of gun barrel is built on the basis of analysis about distributions of material property, loads and dimensions. And the relationship between consistent relia- bility and dimensions along the whole barrel length is set up. It is proved by a concrete example of gun barrel strength design with consistent reliability that a consistent reliability will offer a consistent safety abundance.
