摘要
本文主要通过金相、断口、表面等分析 ,确定了Ti2 Ni相的析出是造成Ti31合金焊缝金属冲击韧性降低的的主要原因。据此提出了新的热处理制度 ,使Ti2 Ni相重新熔解 。
In this paper,it is concluded that separated out Ti 2Ni phase is main reason of Ti31 alloy welding metal impact toughness decline by microstructure, fracture and surface.Accordingly,the new heat treatment process was proposed,Ti 2Ni phase was remelted,the welding metal impact toughness can meet the designed requirement.
