通过对空气重介干法选煤主机中的刮板运动轨迹的研究,得出了刮板在排煤端的运动轨迹方程。讨论了在排煤端刮板与筛板之间的间隙变化情况,提出了减小间隙变化的措施及筛板合理安装的位置,这为合理设计空气重介流化床干法选煤的刮板输送装置提供了理论依据。

The paper obtains the scraper run track equations at disposal coal end by means of a study on scraper run track in air dense dry separator, discusses the change of the clearance between the scraper and the sieve plate at disposal coal end, and puts forward the measures reducing the clearance change amount, which provide theory basis for rationally designing the scraper transport device and for determining the position of the sieve plate at the disposal coal endreasonably.
