基于RBF网络的锌基合金焊缝熔敷金属摩擦学性能预测

摘要 以ZA12合金熔化焊焊缝区(熔敷金属)的磨损试验数据为样本,建立的油润滑磨损工况条件与其焊缝区摩擦学性能之间的RBF网络模型,具有收敛速度快、精度高等优点,完全可用于焊缝区摩擦学性能的预测设计。 The RBF network model between the wearing operation mode under the condition of oil lubrication and its tribological property of the welding zone (deposited metal), which is established taking the data of wearing experiment on the ZA12 alloy fusion welding zone as the sample, has advantages of greatly convergent speed and high accuracy, it can be completely used for the forecast design on the tribological property of welding zone.
