摘要
电动组合式犁式卸料器犁头的起落和托辊的升降靠曲柄摇杆机构实现 ,为使两者的动作协调一致 ,需要对曲柄摇杆机构的参数进行优化。在对犁式卸料器实际工况进行分析的基础上 ,建立了曲柄摇杆机构优化设计的数学模型。针对所建数学模型 ,采用混合罚函数法进行求解 ,得出了令人满意的结果。
The elevation and drop of plough in electromotion unloader is realized by crank_rocker mechanism.In order to coordinate the two action,the parameter of crank_rocker mechanism needs to be optimized.A optimal design mathematics model for crank_rocker mechanism is established on the base of analyzing practical condition of plough unloader.With the model,satisfactory results are obtained by the compost function method.The results can provide as reference for designers.
