大骨节病区粮养动物软骨代谢和软骨衍生因子的研究

RESEARCHES ON THE METABOLISM OF CARTILAGE AND CARTILAGE-DERIVED FACTOR OF ANIMALS FED ON GRAIN FROM KASHIN-BECK DISEASE ENDEMIC AREAS

用大骨节病动物模型的软骨为研究对象,进行蛋白多糖代谢及软骨衍生因子对于蛋白多糖代谢影响的研究。结果表明,用大骨节病区粮饲养的大鼠,其软骨[^(35)S]掺入率降低,软骨组织糖醛酸含量明显减少,肋软骨对于软骨衍生因子的敏感性明显降低等软骨代谢变化。

Cartilage obtained from animals fed on grain from kashin-Beck Diseaseendemic areas was studied to investigate the roles of the proteoglycan metabolism and the effects of cartilage-derived factor on proteoglycan metabolism. Many metabolic changes were observed and the results showed that in rats fed on grain from Kashin-Beck disease endemic areas, the [^(35)S] sulfate uptake rate decreased, the uronic acid and chondronitin sulfate contents decreased significantly and the sensitivity of the cartilage-derived factor was evidently decreased to the costal cartilage.
