摘要
目的 :用激光荧光仪 (KaVoDIAGNOdent)定量研究碳酸氢钠和氟化钠混合液对牙本质小管的堵塞作用。方法 :分别使用 1mol/L碳酸氢钠液和 0 .12mol/L氟化钠液混合液、1mol/L碳酸氢钠液、0 .12mol/L氟化钠液浸泡牙本质面 ,记录三组牙本质面激光荧光峰值 ,比较用药前后激光荧光峰值均数的变化。结果 :三组用药前后激光荧光峰值均数的变化均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中混合液组与另两溶液组比较 ,激光荧光峰值均数的变化有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而两溶液组之间比较则无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :1mol/L碳酸氢钠液和 0 .12mol/L氟化钠液混合液 。
AIM: Using a new laser fluorescence device - the KaVo DIAGNOdent,we studied the occlusive effects of mixed solution of NaHCO 3 and NaF on dentinal tubules. METHODS:30 human bicuspids were randomLy divided into three groups and the dentinal surface of each group was given different treatment respectively, mixed solution of 1 mol/L NaHCO 3 and 0.12 mol/L NaF, 1mol/L NaHCO 3 solution or 0.12 mol/L NaF solution. The highest values of pretreatment and posttreatment were recorded respectively and the differences among them were compared. RESULTS: The difference of three groups'highest values between pretreatment and posttreatment are significant ( P <0.05) . The blocking effects on dentinal tubules between mixed solution group and the other two groups are significant ( P <0.05). The blocking effects on dentinal tubules between 1 mol/L NaHCO 3 and 0.12 mol/L NaF solution groups were not significant ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: The mixed solution of 1mol/L NaHCO 3 and 0.12 mol/L NaF has better blocking effect on dentinal tubules.
