醒脑静合生脉注射液治疗脑出血急性期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage with Xingnaojing Injection &Shenmai Injection

目的探讨醒脑静合生脉注射液治疗脑出血急性期的临床疗效。方法在西药对症处理基础上,21例(A组)单用醒脑静注射液20ml静滴;23例(B组)予醒脑静注射液20ml加生脉注射液100ml静滴。两组均于治疗后14d评定疗效。结果A组总有效率33.33%,B组总有效率65.22%(P<0.05);治疗前后积分差值比较,A组为(7.66±3.68)分,B组为(10.25±3.21)分,差异有显著性(P<0.05);其中中医辨证属气虚血瘀和阴虚风动者疗效优于其他证类(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静合生脉注射液能明显缓解脑出血急性期患者病情,疗效较单用醒脑静注射液为优。

Objective:To investigate clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection&Shenmai Injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods :Based on therapy according to symptom with western medicine,group B (23cases)was given with 20ml Xingnaojing and 100ml Iniection Shenmai,while group A(21)was only given with 20ml Xingnaojing Injection as contral.After 14days,the effect was evaluated.Results:Total efficiency of group A was 33.33%,and that of group B was 62.22%(P<0.05).Average deviation of integra betwe en pre-treatment and post -treatment,for g roup A it was(7.66±3.68),and for group B it was(10.12±3.21).There was significant difference b etween tow groups(P<0.05).And effect of Blood Stasis Due to Energy -Deficien cy Syndrome and Wind Due to Yin -Deficiency Sydrome were more excellent than the other Syndroms (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing Injection&Shenmai Injection would be effective in treatment of acute cerebral hemor-rhage,and the effect was better than Xingnaojing Injection only used.
