中风发病前72小时内症状的病例对照研究

Control Study on Symptoms within 72 Hours before the Onset of Apoplexy

目的探讨中风急性发病前72h内相关症状,为中风病急性期尽早诊断和治疗提供症状依据。方法以1∶2配对病例对照研究方法,调查中风患者急性发病前72h内的相关症状,对数据进行条件Logistic回归分析。结果中风急性发病前72h内主症为偏身麻木,呵欠频频,持续眩晕,阵发性半身无力;次症为急躁,嗜睡,瞬间眩晕,体胖臃肿,手麻,卒然头痛;伴症为头沉,头晕。结论了解中风发病前72h内症状,方能为积极防治中风提供帮助。

Objective:To explore symptoms within 72hours b efore onset of apoplexy,to provide bases of symptoms for early d iagnosis and treatment of apoplexy.Methats:Adopted 1∶2matched case -control study,and conditional multi-variate logistic regression analysis was performed.Results:The major symp-toms were hemianesthesia,frequent yawn,persistent dizziness,and paroxysmal hemi -weakness.The subordinate sym ptoms were irritability,sleepiness,dizziness for a few seconds respecti vely,obesity,numbness of hands,an d udden headache.The accompany sympt oms were lethargicness feeling in th e head,and dizziness.Conclusion:Is is helpful to prevent and cure apop lexy that we realize the symptoms within 72hours before onset of apoplexy.
