泻肺定喘注射液对野百合碱诱发大鼠肺动脉高压的影响

Experimental Study on Infleunce on Xiefeidingchuan Injection on Pulmonary Hypertension Induced by Monocrotaline in Spregue-Dawley Rats

目的探讨泻肺定喘注射液对野百合碱诱发大鼠肺动脉高压的影响。方法将60只清洁级健康成年SD大鼠随机分为A、B两组,A、B组又按随机原则各自分为空白组、模型组、中药组及西药组。A组采用改良的右心导管测定法测定肺动脉平均压、右心室收缩压、右心室舒张压;B组取心肺称重,计算右心室自由壁重/左心室加室间隔重、肺湿重/体重、肺干重/体重,并分别进行组间比较。结果A、B两组中,中药组肺动脉平均压、右心室收缩压、右心室舒张压、肺湿重/体重、肺干重/体重与模型组比较差异有显著性,而右心室自由壁重/左心室加室间隔重与模型组无差异。结论泻肺定喘注射液能降低肺动脉高压,逆转肺血管重建。

Objective:To explore the influence on Xiefeidingchuan Injection on Pul-monary Hypertension induced by monocrotalin in Sprague -Dawley rats.Methods :60SD rats were randomly divided into group A and group B,and each group was also randomly divi ded into 4groups.The MPAP,RVSP,RVDP were determined by modified rig ht heart catheterization in group A.The RV /(LV +S ),wW/BW,dW/BW were calculated by wei gh hearts and lungs.And all the results were re spectively compared between each group.Result:The MPAP,RVSP,RVDP,wW/BW and dW/BW were dif-ferentiate between treatment group and MCT group,but the RV /(LV +S )is no sharp distinctions between the tw o groups.Conclusion:Xiefeid-ingchuanInjection could decrease pulmonary hypertension and reverse pul-movestibular reform.
