摘要
目的 :探讨P波变化对阵发性心房颤动 (PAF)患者预测价值。方法 :测量 2 0例PAF患者最大P波时限(Pmax) ,P波离散度 (Pdisp) ,并与无PAF的对照组比较。 结果 :阵发性房颤组Pmax、Pdisp均高于对照组 ,差别有显著性(P≤ 0 .0 1)。以Pmax≥ 12 0ms为标准 ,预测房颤的敏感性为 77.6% ,特异性为 82 .4% ,准确性为 79.1% ;以Pdisp≥ 40ms为标准 ,预测房颤的敏感性为 80 % ,特异性为 87 2 % ,准确性为 84.1% ;联合Pdisp≥ 40ms和Pmax≥ 12 0ms ,则预测房颤的敏感性为 74% ,特异性达 90 3 % ,准确性为 83 1%。结论
objective: To evaluate predictive value of P-wave changed in ??ents with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF). Method:Measuring Pmax and Pdisp from 12 lead surface electrocardiogram of 20 patients with PAF and comparing with no-PAF control group. Result: Pdisp was significantly higher in PAF than in control group, Pmax was so as. It showed that using Pmax≥120ms as diagnostic criteria for PAF, the sensitivity was 77.6%,the specificity was 82.4%,the accuracy was 79.1%;Using the diagnostic criteria was Pdisp≥40ms,the sensitivity was 80%,the specificity was 84.1%;the accuracy was 84.1%By combining the diagnostic criteria of Pmax≥120ms and Pdisp≥40ms, would with a sensitivity of 74%,a specificity of 90.3%,accuracy of 83.1%. Conclusion: Pmax and Pdisp are a predictive index of PAF.
