CT导引穿刺活检在胸部疾病诊断中的应用

Clinical use of CT-guided biopsy in chest lesions

目的 评价 CT导引穿刺活检在胸部疾病诊断中的价值。方法 经 CT导引穿刺活检的病例 15 6例 ,其中肺部 113例 ,纵隔 36例 ,胸壁 7例。结果 15 6例中 140例经病理证实 ,16例经临床检查、治疗、随访证实 ,其诊断准确率为 89.7%,并发症发生 2 3例 ,发生率为 14.7%。结论 CT导引活检较其他导引方法有较大优越性 ,其临床运用价值较大。

Objective To evaluate the clinical use of chest CT-guided biopsy.Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases (pulmonary diseases 113,mediastinal lesions 36,and chest wall problems 7 cases) participated in the study.All candidates had their final results.Results One hundred and forty cases got positive results,others were confirmed by clinical follow-up.The accuracy of biopsy was 89.7%;complications were observed in 23 cases (14.7%),but no severe one happened in our series.Conclusion CT-guided chest biopsy is a safe and effective method.It has great importance for diagnosing the complicated chest lesions.
