糖尿病双下肢动脉血流参数改变及血小板功能改变的研究

摘要 目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白检测与下肢大动脉病变的关系。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对 10 0例糖尿病患者进行双下肢动脉检测 ,并与正常组对照分析 ,同时使用流式细胞仪检测血小板功能CD6 2、CD6 3分子表达水平 ,以平均颗粒荧光强度和特异性荧光抗体结合性血小板的百分数 (%)表示。结果  1彩色多普勒检测糖尿病患者双下肢动脉病变和各项测值与对照组比较差异有显著性。 2流式细胞仪检测结果糖尿病患者 CD6 2、CD6 3分子表达高于正常对照组。 3彩色多普勒检测糖尿病患者双下肢动脉有病变者与无病变者血小板膜糖蛋白 CD6 2、CD6 3分子表达间差异无显著性。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测下肢动脉 ,同时检测CD6 2、CD6 3分子表达 ,对于糖尿病下肢动脉病变的早期诊断 ,具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between testing the platelet glucoprotein and the main artery pathological changes of lower limbs in diabetics.Methods Using color Doppler ultrasonic set in 100 diabetics to detect their arteries of both legs and compare with normal group,and meanwhile flow cytometry was taken to determine the molecular expressionsof CD62,CD63 of platelet function,with granular fluorescence intensity (mean) and specific fluorescence antibody-binding platelets (% Gate) as indices.Results ①Data differences existed between the diabetics and the controls in their lower limbs tested by color Doppler ultrasonography.②Molecular expressions of CD62,CD63 tested by flow cytometry in the diabetics were higher than those in the controls.③No significant differences between the diabetics with and without double lower-limb lesions in their molecular expressions of platelet membrane glucoprotein CD62,CD63.Conclusion The detection of lower-limb arteries by color Doppler ultrasonography and concurrent determination of CD62,CD63 molecular expressions is of great clinical significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic lower-limb lesions.
