以精神运动发育测验评定少儿神经系统缺碘性损害的研究

Evaluation of psychomotor development tests in iodine deficiency impairment of nervous system

为了说明五项精神运动发育测验的用途和方法,从石河子地区学龄儿童中取样,缺碘组91人,对照组277人。测验结果基本符合正态分布。依据对照组的均数和标准差,分性别和年龄制定各测验的划界分,按划界分计算两组受试的损伤指数 (DQ),比较两组 DQ 差异非常显著 (P<0.001)。各测验与身高、智测总分相关系数分别为0.72～0.40、0.71～0.43。各测验重测相关系数分别为0.96、0.70、0.52、0.27。本测试系列可以作为“亚地克病”诊断的一种定量指标,诊断符合率达89%。

This paper put forth an introduction to the method and clinical applicationof five psychomotor development tests.Samples were taken from school pupilsin Shihezi District.In this study there were a group of 91 children with iodi-ne deficiency and a group of 277 normal.The results of the tests showed thebasic normal distribution.Based on the mean and the standard deviation of thenormal contrast group in different age and sex,the demarcation fraction ofeach test was established.The damage quotient (DQ) of both groups was calcu-lated according to the demarcation fraction.Comparing the DQ of two groups,the difference between them was significant (p<0.001).The relative coeffici-ents of height and intelligence were 0.72—0.40,0.71—0.43 respectively.The results of four tests were relatively stable (the relative coefficient of stabilitywere 0.96,0.70,0.52,0.27 respectively).The incidence of abnormal five testsin the patients with sub-cretinism was 89%.This series of tests could be usedas a quantitative index for the diagnosis of“Sub-cretinism”.
