胶原膜在引导牙周组织再生术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨根面牙周组织再附着形成的可能性 ,为临床应用引导组织再生术 ( GTR)提供理论依据。方法 :采用钢丝结扎和去骨法 ,人工建立狗的牙周炎模型 ,牙周常规治疗后 ,使用可吸收性胶原膜进行 GTR术 ,采用同体对照法 ,对侧行单纯翻瓣术 ,不放置诱导膜。术后 6、8、1 2周分别屠杀实验动物 ,进行组织学观察。结果 :实验侧可见明显的新生牙骨质、牙槽骨以及牙周膜主纤维样结构 ;对照侧根面形成上皮样结构 ,无纤维结缔组织再附着形成。结论 :牙周外科手术应用可吸收性胶原膜 。 Objective:To explore the possibility of reattachment of periodontal tissue and provide theoretical basis for guided tissue regeneration (GTR).Methods:After periodontitis canine model was established and received roughtine treatment, then GTR operation with absorptive collagen membrane was performed on a side of the body. Control was set up without collagen membrane in another side of the same body. The animals were killed and examined histologically in 6th,8th and 12 weeks,respectively, after operation.Results:Cementogenesis and osteogenesis were remarkably increased in tested side, shown periodontal ligament like structure, wherease no connective tissue reattachment occured,but epithelia like structure was formed in control side.Conclusion:Absorptive collagen membrane used for GTR may enhance reattachment of periodontal tissue.
