摘要
本文通过高、超速差速分步离心肝组织匀浆,并用高浓度盐溶液洗涤核糖体沉淀得核糖体相关蛋白质粗制品,然后经 Sephadex 柱层析,SDS—PAGE 电泳将其分离。结果显示,低硒组大鼠肝核糖体相关蛋白质的种类和数量均此西安组低,加硒能一定程度改善上述变化。从而说明,硒可以通过改变机体核糖体相关蛋白质而影响其蛋白质的合成。
Ribosomal-related-protein has been purified from the liver of the ratsthat were fed with the diet containing different quantity selenium.The me-thod includes high and alt-era-centrifugation,column chromatagarpht on sepha-dex G-75,G-150 and SDS-Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The result showthat the sorts and content of the ribosomal-related-protein in the rats fed with Se-deficient diet is much lower than these in the control rats.These changes canbe improved or returned to the control level when the rats were fed with theSe-supplement diet.Based on the results of our experiment it is concluded thatby changing the sorts and contents of the ribosomal-related-protein.Se can aff-ect the synthesis of protein in the mammal animals.
