摘要 劳动者个人行为是再就业工程的基础行为因素。在市场经济条件下 ,实现再就业 ,单靠外部环境因素的影响效应显然是不够的 ,还必须注意发挥劳动者个人行为这个内在因素的积极作用 ,通过劳动者就业观念的转变、技能素质的提高和竞争能力的增强 ,扩大就业机会 ,降低失业率。 The individual conduct of workers is the basic factor of conduct in the ,Reemployment Project.To realize reemployment, it is evidently not enough,under the circumstances of the present market-oriented economy,to rely solely on the impacts and effects of the exterior surroundings,much emphasis should as well be laid on the positive effects of the interior factor ,the individual conduct of workers .It is important to convert workers' employment concept,improve their skills and accomplishments and reinforce their competitive capabilities so as to enhance the employment chances and minimize thd rate of unemployment.
