提高认识 加强研究 积极探索思想政治工作的新路子

Improve Understanding, Strengthen Study， Actively Seek the New Ways of Ideological Politics Work

高等院校思想政治工作是党的一项重要工作 ,切实加强和改进高校思想政治教育研究具有重大意义。文章从形势发展的需要、适应教育模式转变的需要、学校事业发展的需要及思想政治工作者自身水平提高的需要四个方面强调了加强高校思想政治教育研究的重要性和迫切性 ,并从认真学习领会江泽民同志“七一”讲话精神、坚持理论和实践相结合的原则、努力提高思想政治教育研究水平等方面对高校思想政治教育工作提出了建议和要求。

The ideological and political work in the institution of higher education is an important task of the Party; it's significant to conscientiously strengthen and improve the research in this field. This article emphasizes the significance and urgency of enhancing studies as regards the ideological and political education research in the institution of higher education in four respects: the needs of the developing conditions; the needs of changes in educational modes; the needs of developing school undertakings; the needs to improve the level of the ideological and political educators. In addition, the article puts forward suggestions and expectations towards the ideological and political education in the institution of higher education while carefully study and understanding of Jiang Zemin's speech of 'JULY 1ST', sticking to the principle of combining theories with practice and exerting ourselves to improve the level of research on ideological politics.
