摘要 采用冷态等温模化和数值模拟方法对某电厂200 MW燃烟煤的煤粉锅炉炉内空气动力场进行了研究,冷态模化试验结果表明炉内空气动力场偏斜。以k-ε双方程湍流模型对炉内气相湍流流动进行数值模拟,发现锅炉2号角的气流速度在垂直该侧炉墙方向分量较大,对水冷壁产生冲刷。改造后取得良好的运行效果。 The aerodynamic fields of tangential PC fired boiler are studied using both experimental test in site and numerical simulation in order to overcome the problems of slag and water-wall tubes explosion in a 200MW pulverized bituminous coal boiler. The numerical simulation of gas-phase turbulent flow in furnace is implemented based on k-ε turbulent two-equation model. The deflective circle is rational in terms of simulation results that the vertical component of air-flow velocity to the water-wall at No.2 burner is greater than others, and the air-flow rushes the wall based on the actual burner geometrical and position.
