摘要
在SHL10-1.27-A链条炉上进行了燃烧脱硫技术性示范工业实验,气力输粉装置连续稳定运行是喷钙脱硫技术成功的关键,介绍了其设计、安装和调整实验及其影响正常运行的各种因素。试验证明该装置能成功地输送钙基粉状脱硫剂。
During industrial experiment of desulfurization in coal combustion, which carried on traveling grate furnace of SHL10-1.27-AⅡ, the continuous running of air-forced translating powder settings steadily is the key step assuring removal of sulfur. The design, installation, debugging of translating powder settings and many related factors that affect the normal proceeding are presented. By some tests, we can conclude that air-forced translating powder settings can prosperously transport calcium-based powder sorbents.
