摘要
深圳妈湾发电厂 2号汽轮机原疏水系统结构庞大、复杂 ,疏水管道内漏、外漏较严重 ,机组热效率低。鉴此 ,在大修期间对汽轮机疏水系统进行了改造。改造的重点是简化、改装一些结构不合理的疏水管路、阀门和控制部分 ,一些设备加装自动疏水器系统。改造后 ,疏水系统结构更为合理 ,内漏大幅度减少 ,热效率显著提高 ,产生了较好的经济效益。
The original No. 2 steam turbine drainage system in Shenzhen Mawan Power Plant was of unwieldy, complicated structure and serious internal and external leakage, which resulted in low thermal efficiency of the unit. A reconstruction was made therefore during overhaul, which placed emphasis on simplifying and remodeling some irrationally-structured drainage pipes, valves, control parts and adding automatic drainage controllers to some apparatus. The reconstructed system is more rationally structured with internal leakage greatly reduced and thermal efficiency considerably improved, thus creating satisfactory economic benefits.
