Analyses are made into the reasons that lie behind the disordered management situations inside the assets managing companies which continue the management system of their original group-structured companies. Rational suggestions on systemizing internal management through re-orientation and reallocation of managerial functions are raised in line with the Laws on Corporation and the establishment guidelines of assets management companies.
