血清尿酸测定在高血压病中的意义

Determination Significance of Serium Uric Acid for Hypertension

目的 :了解血清尿酸与高血压的关系。方法 :测定 2 6例高血压伴微蛋白尿组的血尿酸与高血压组 (30例 )及正常对照组 (30例 )的检测结果进行比较。结果 :高血压伴微蛋白尿组血尿酸浓度与高血压组及正常对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :高血压有肾脏损害时 ,血尿酸浓度明显增高。

Purpose To learn the relation between serium uric acid and hypertension. Methods Serium uric acid from the samples of hypertension complicated with microproteinuria group (26 cases ), hypertension group (30 cases) and normal control group (30 cases ) were separately determined and their results were made comparison. Results There was remarkable difference (P<0.01) between the hypertension group double with microprote inuria and hypertesion group, normol control group.Conclusion Serium uric acid concentration would be obviously increased, if there was renal lesion with hypertensive patients.
