摘要
目的通过对下肢畸形患儿运用足底受力显示仪取得的静态足印图来评价矫形器的矫正效果,并用比利时的Footscan计算机足底压力测试系统取得的动态足印图进行受力分析和提出进一步矫治方案的建议。方法先采用便携式足底受力显示仪对下肢畸形患儿采样获得静态足印图,在穿戴矫形器一段时间后再采样比较,最长跟踪达1年半。对其中部分患儿用Footscan计算机足底压力测试系统进行动态测量。结果足底受力显示仪能得出各种典型足印图(健全足和畸形足),并能定性反映足底的受力状态和矫形器矫正效果:在64例应用矫形器的患儿中显效24例,有效38例,无效2例,总有效率达97%。结论Footscan计算机足底压力测试系统不仅能对足底压力进行动态测量得出定量数据,而且还能对畸形足的矫正提出建议,为进一步的理论分析及矫治方案提供科学依据。
Objective In the paper,orthopedic effect of orthosis for the children with low limb deformity is assessed by use of stati c footprint got from'Potable Foot Imprint System'and the stress state underneath foot,dynamic footprint with two dimensions or three dimensions as well as the design of orthopedic in sole are described by use of Footscan Computer System made in Belgium.Method To compare between pretreatment and posttreatment,an d fellow up one year,part patients we re assessed by use of Footscan.Result As a result,typical footprints(normal foot and clubfoot)are obtained,orthopedic effects of orthosis are assessed:obviousness of 24cases,good of 38cases and ineff iciency of 2cases in the 64cases.The total efficiency achieves 97%.Conlusion Not only the pressure distribution u nderneath foot can be measured dynamically,but also orthopedic in sole can be designed by use of Footscan.
