摘要
本文探讨金丝桃甙对小鼠脑肝组织的保护作用 ,采用小鼠脑肝组织进行体外培养 ,加入金丝桃甙 ,测其一氧化氮(NO )、丙二醛 (MDA )、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD )含量。结果表明 :金丝桃甙能增加组织SOD活性及NO含量 ,降低MDA水平 ,可能是其发挥药理作用的机制之一。
The aim of this study was to investigate the protective role of hyperin for the brain and liver tissues of mice by hyperin.After the cells of brain and liver from mice were cultured in vitro with hyperin for a short time,their amounts of nitric oxide(NO) malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were determined.The results showed that hyperin could increase SOD activity and NO amount of the tissues and decrease MDA level,suggested that hyperin may play its pharmacological role through above mechanisms.
