Research Advance of Herba Houttuyniae in Pharmacological Role and Clinical Application

鱼腥草为三白草科蕺菜属植物蕺菜HouttuyniacordataThunb之全草。其性辛、寒 ,具有清热解毒、消肿排脓、利尿通淋的功效。主要用于痈肿吐脓、痰热咳嗽、热痢热淋、痈疮肿毒。本文概述了近年来有关鱼腥草在抗菌、抗病毒、抗过敏、免疫、平喘与TMP配伍的药理作用 ,以及临床上对呼吸科疾病、五官科疾病、消化科疾病和其他疾病治疗研究进展。鱼腥草的药理作用的研究表明 ,其生物活性较高 ,由于它既克服了西药的弊端又具有抗菌和抗病毒的持久性 ,资源丰富 ,使用安全 ,所以在临床应用的前景乐观 ,值得进一步研究。

Herba Houttuyniae was the whole body of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb. Its nature was acrid and cold. It had the efficiency of clearing away heat and toxic material, relieving swelling and evacuating pus, inducing diuresis for treating stranguria. It was mainly used to carbuncle and vomiting of pus, phlegm-heat and coughing ,dysentery of heat type and strangury due to heat ,carbuncle toxin. This article summarized the role of Herba Houttuyniae in antisepsis, antivirus, immunity, relieving asthma and pharmacological role after coordinating with TMP. This article summarized the new advence of Herba Houttuyniae in respiration disease, five sense organs disease, digestion disease and other diseases. Pharmacological role showed that Herba Houttuyniae had higher bioactivity. It not only had no abuse of western medicine but also had lasting nature of antisepsis and antivirus. Its natural resources was abundant. It was safe. Its foreground was optimistic in clinical use.
