主动脉内球囊反搏泵在冠心病血管重建术中的临床运用

The clinical application of intraaortic balloon pump to coronary revascularization

目的 探讨主动脉内球囊反搏泵 (IABP)在冠心病血管重建术中的运用。方法 回顾性分析本院 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 3月 ,因各种因素放置IABP的冠心病冠脉血管重建术的患者 ,共计 31例。结果 组内并发症 6例 (19 4 % ) ,其中脑梗死 1例 ,机械性溶血 1例 ,穿刺部位血肿 4例。无一例发生股动脉血栓、主动脉夹层剥离、感染事件。死亡 6例 (19 3% )。结论 IABP病例合理选择和运用 ,可减轻危重冠心病血管重建术患者的血流动力学改变、提高手术成功率、有较好效果和运用前景。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of IABP to coronary revascularization in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 31 cases who were placed IABP and received revascularization because of coronary heart disease in our hospital from Jan,1999 to Mar,2002 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 6 cases (19.4%) had complications, including cerebral infarction (1 case), mechanical hemolysis (1 case), and hematoma in the puncture area (4 cases). The complication rate is 19.8%. No one case was complicated with femoral arterial thrombosis, rupture of aortic dissection or infection. 6 cases were dead,and the mortality rate is 25%. Conclusion Reasonable choice of patients and usage of IABP in those patients who would receive high\|risk coronary revascularization could relieve hemodynamic change and increase the successful rate of operation. This technique is very effective and has a good future.
