乳腺纤维腺瘤的彩色多普勒血流显像分析

Video blood flow analysis of breast fibroadenoma with color Doppler ultrasound technique

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺纤维腺瘤诊断中的应用价值及相关因素。方法 对 5 2例经术后病理证实的乳腺纤维腺瘤患者的彩色多普勒检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 本组 5 2例中血流检出 17例(33% ) ,以Ⅰ级和II级为主。结论 彩色多普勒技术能提供乳腺纤维腺瘤的血流丰富程度 ,此血流与病灶大小等因素有关。

Objective To evaluate application of color Doppler ultrasound to diagnosis of breast fibroadenoma and to study its related factors. Methods The measured results of 52 cases with breast fibroadenoma confirmed by postoperative pathological diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 33% of all cases could be diagnosed by bloodflows whose main grades were Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound technique could reflect bloodflow degree of breast fibroadenoma that was related to the size of lesions.
