摘要
目的 观察动脉粥样硬化兔下丘脑弓状核NPY免疫反应阳性神经元的形态变化 ,为研究神经体液因素在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用提供形态学依据。方法 采用免疫组织化学ABC法和计算机图像分析技术。结果 实验组下丘脑弓状核NPY免疫反应阳性神经元体积、数目及积分光密度出现明显改变 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To provide some morphological basis for study the role of neuro somatoplasm factor in the development of atherosclerosis by observation of NPY immunoreactive neurons in the arcuate nucleus of atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method and computer image analysis system were used. Results The average volume, the number and the IOD of the NPY immunoreactive neurons in the experimental group showed significant change when compared with those of the control group( P <0 05). Conclusion The morphological changes of the NPY immunoreactive neurons in the arcuate nucleus of atherosclerotic rabbits may be correlated with the development of atherosclerosis.
