免疫组织化学方法测定TGF-β_1在鼠根尖周炎中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的 了解TGF β1与大鼠急性根尖周炎的关系。方法 取 16只SD大鼠建立鼠根尖周炎动物模型 ,制作根尖周组织切片 ,用免疫组织化学方法测定TGF β1在根尖周炎中的表达。结果 免疫组化研究显示TGF β1阳性表达细胞分布于根尖周和牙槽骨缺损处 ,在急性期 (1~ 3周 )根尖炎症阶段有高表达 ,表达细胞多为巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和成纤维细胞 ;而在急性期和慢性期 (第 4周 )均未见成骨细胞TGF β1表达。结论 在早期 (1~ 4周 )根尖炎症阶段未见成骨细胞TGF β1表达 。 Objective To understand correlation between TGF β 1 and active periapical lesion in rats. Methods The experimental periapical lesion in 16 SD rats was established by surgically exposed its mandibular molar teeth pulps, TGFβ 1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in periapical lesion. Results Immunohistochemical studies showed that TGF β 1 positive cells distributed around the root apex and areas showing bone resorption during active lesion phase( 1~3 weeks). Most of staining occurred in macrophages, fibroblast or endothelial cells, whereas TGF β 1 positive osteoblasts were not detected during both active phase and chronic phase(4 week). Conclusion TGF β 1 may play a role as a potent osteolytic mediator promotor in early periapical lesion in rats.
