鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松疗效观察

Effects of salmon calcitonin treatment on bone mineral density of postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的 观察鲑鱼降钙素治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症骨密度的影响。方法 收集 98例绝经后妇女 ,应用鲑鱼降钙素治疗 78例绝经后骨质疏松症患者 12周 ,A组 2 4人鼻喷鲑鱼降钙素 ,B组 5 4人每天肌注鲑鱼降钙素 ,两组均加服钙剂 ,C组 2 0人单独服用钙剂 (2 g/d)。观察治疗前后腰椎骨密度的变化。结果 两治疗组L1～ 4骨密度在治疗前后差异均有显著性 ,C组各观察指标无明显变化。结论 鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症可提高骨密度 。

Objective To study effect of treatment by salmon calcitonin on bone mineral density(BMD) in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 98 postmenopausal women were divided into group A, B and C. In group A, 24 patients were taken nasal spray salmon calcitonin. In group B, 54 patients were injected salmon calcitonin. And in the two groups, they were took elementary calcitonin (2 g/d). In group C, 20 persons were taken elementary calcitonin (500 mg/g) only. The BMD chang was detected before and after the treatment. Results A significant BMD increase was observed in the groups A and B after the treatment and no chang in group C was found. Conclusion A significant effect on BMD is after treatment by calcitonin in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Calcitonin is an effective drug in the improvement of bone metabolism of osteoporosis.
