青光眼滤过术后持续浅前房的原因及手术治疗

Causes of persistent shallow anterior chamber in glaucoma filtering surgery and surgical therapy

目的 分析青光眼滤过术后持续浅前房的原因、手术治疗方法及效果。方法 对 1993年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月我院行青光眼滤过术后发生持续性浅前房并最终通过手术恢复前房的 2 2例 (2 2眼 )临床资料进行分析。结果 滤过引流过盛 13例 ,脉络膜脱离 6例 ,结膜瓣渗漏 2例 ,巩膜瓣破损 1例 ,2 2例均通过手术恢复前房。结论 浅前房是青光眼滤过术后的常见并发症 ,极少数患者如果保守治疗无效、应积极查明原因 ,通过手术恢复前房 。

Objective To analyze causes of postoperative persistent shallow anterior chamber in glaucoma filtering surgery,the corresponding surgical method and effect.Methods Clinical data from 22 patients(22 eyes),during the period January 1993 through October 2001 were analyzed,and these patients underwent postoperative persistent shallow anterior chamber by surgical intervention.Results Causes of post operative persistent shallow anterior chamber in glaucoma filtering surgery were excessive filtration 13 patients, choroidal detachment 6 patients,conjunctival flap leakage 2 patients and sclera valve damaged 1 patient and all patients recovered anterior chamber by surgical intervention.Conclusion Shallow anterior chamber is the most popular complication in glaucoma filtering surgery.If conservative therapy was inefficient for very few patients, the causes should be fowd and recover anterior chamber recovered by surgical intervention in order to avoid more serious postoperative complication.
