摘要 目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌nm2 3蛋白的表达及其与预后的关系。方法 :应用S P法免疫组化技术 ,检测 5 5例膀胱移行细胞癌nm2 3蛋白的表达。结果 :5 5例膀胱移行细胞癌中 ,nm2 3蛋白表达阳性率 6 3 6 % ,在膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中分别为 87 5 %、6 5 %、42 1%。nm2 3蛋白表达阳性率随病理分级增高而降低 ,Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅰ级 +Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与肿瘤大小、转移及预后相关 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :nm2 Purpose To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 protein and its prognostic value to transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of bladder. Methods The expression of nm23 protein in 55 cases of TCC of the bladder was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of nm23 protein in TCC was 63.6%, which in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 87.5%?65%?42.1% respectively. There were significant difference of nm23 expression among the pathological gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P<0.05).The positive expression of nm23 in TCC was correlated to tumor size, metastasis and prognosis (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of nm23 is useful for predicting malignancy and prognosis in TCC of bladder.
