单片机在高炉上料系统中速度保护的应用

Application of the Single Chip Computer in Velocity Protection of Blast-furance Conveyer System

介绍了由单片机 89C5 1和光电码盘组成的速度测试装置 (以下简称单片机装置 )对高炉上料系统主卷扬速度控制及保护的应用情况。说明了基本配置、功能和控制特点。在旧的高炉上料系统中 ,加装该单片机装置 ,可以大大提高上料系统的稳定性和安全性。同时还可以直观地观察到主卷扬的转速 。

The paper presents a velocity metering system consisting of a single chip computer 89C51 and a photoelectric code wheel to application of velocity control and protection of the main hoist engine.It shows the basic configuration,function and control characteristic.In the old conveyer system the single chip computer device is added,it can greatly increase stability and safety of the conveyer system.Meanwhile the speed of the main hoist engin can be directly watched,improving electric control performance and reliability of the whole system.
