摘要
连铸过程中的生产稳定性与设备的工作状态有着密切的关系。为了保证连铸生产的正常进行,必须对在线设备的运行状态进行实时监视。并通过历史和实时数据给出设备的综合性能指标,进而判定设备的运行可靠性,为设备点检、维护提供科学依据。系统投入运行以来,检测、预报出多起设备故障,为连铸的安全生产和提高铸坯质量起到了重要作用。
In continuous casting the process's stability is keeping a tight relation to the stand or fall of the casting equipment.For keeping the process in good condition,a conk out's computer detect system must be built to diagnosticate the real equipment.And standard synthesis on equipments'performance must be given by the history and real time data,then the reliability of casting could be estimated.Those will propose scientific overhaul measure and maintenance advice on casting equipments.After the real detecting system is functioning,some equipment 's faults are diagnosticated,which is very important for casting process's stability and upgrading the casting band quality.
