摘要
本文认为对地勘单位实行承包经营责任制是必要的,为了进一步完善承包经营,应建立科学的承包指标体系,合理确定承包基数。还认为地勘单位不宜实行工资总额与经济效益挂钩的分配办法,也不具备实行全员承包的条件。文章还对承包经营中其他有关的一些问题阐述了看法。
The author agrees with the institution of the managerial contracting system in geological prospecting units and thinks it an essential step. For further improving the system he suggests to establish a scientific target system and set reasonable quotas for contracted operation. It is thought that the practice of tieing total wages with economic performance as a form of income distribution is not applicable to the prospecting units and that they do not possess the essential requisites to adopt the form of all-member contracting. Comments on other problems related to management contracting are also put forward.
