摘要
本文对“七五”期间福建地矿局开拓地质市场,发展多种经营情况作了回顾。认为存在的主要问题是:经济效益较差,短期行为严重,资金不足,认识尚待提高。应该坚持走因地制宜,扬长避短、注意经济效益、依靠科技进步、稳步发展的道路。
With a review of the work done by the Fujian Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources in tapping the geological market and developing diversified operation during the Five-Year Plan period (1986—90), the author thinks the major problems existed therein are: economic results being unsatisfactory; pursuance in short-term actions, shortage of funds and lack of correct understanding. Therefore it is necessary to adhere to the principles of fitting measures to local conditions and making best use of the advantages and avoiding the disadvantages and to give emphasis to economic performance and rely on advanced science and technology for steady progress.
