摘要
对我国水资源管理中存在的亟待解决的问题进行了分析 ,论述了建立水资源优化管理信息系统的必要性 ,并对水资源优化管理信息系统的组成及功能做了详细说明 .本文建立水资源优化管理信息系统的新思路 。
The problems of management of water re source in China are analyzed and the necessity of establishing the GIS of water resource optimal management are described.The composition and function of GIS of water resource optimal management are explained in details.The new thoughts of establ ishing GIS of water resource optimal management bring a certain refferential sig nificance to the establishment of other GIS application system.
