摘要
针对国内城市房产管理信息系统的现状和存在的问题 ,结合我们正在开发的城市房产管理信息系统 ,阐述了房产管理信息系统的特点 ,对系统的功能和数据库设计等进行了分析 ,并且对系统设计中的若干关键技术问题进行了分析 ,提出了解决方案 .
This paper aims at actualities and exi sing problems of urban real estate management information system in China.With the present development of urban estate management information system,it illu strates the characteristics of this system,analyzes the function and design of database and some key problems of this system.Sol utions to these problems are put forward.
