摘要
本文通过对十年来湖北省地矿局推行全面质量管理情况的回顾,认为当前存在的主要问题是:“质量第一”的思想还不牢固,部分人员对全面质量管理还缺乏正确的认识,存在重形式轻效果的倾向,质量管理基础工作薄弱,领导不力。文章还就进一步搞好“全面质量管理”提出了若干建议。
Through a review of overall quality control exercised by the Hubei Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources over the past decade, the author thinks the existing problems remain to be solved are represented by manifestations in the following aspects: lack of a sound view on 'putting quality above everything;' lack of correct understanding of the meaning of quality control among a part of the workers and staff; the tendency of attaching more importance to nominal, instead of actual, results; lack of a solid basis for exercising quality control; and inefficient management. Suggestions for bettering 'overall quality control' are included.
