摘要
介绍一种包含有旋转缸筒、随动端盖和嵌固隔离叶片的汽车空调压缩机的结构和工作原理 ,对其机构进行了分析。研究表明 ,该压缩机从根本上解决了隔离叶片外端与缸孔内壁面之间、以及隔离叶片侧端与密封端盖之间的摩擦和泄漏的问题 ,因而它比传统的叶片式汽车空调压缩机具有更低的摩擦损耗和更少的泄漏损失。
This paper introduces the structure and principle of a new type of automobile air-conditioning compressor which has a rotating sleeve,an embedded-vane and twofollower end-covers rotating with the sleeve,and theoretically analyses its mechanism The compressor completely solves the problems of friction and leakage between the vane outside-end and the cylinder bore wall and between the vane side-end and the end sealing covers Therefore it has less friction waste and less leaking loss than the conventional vane type automobile air-conditioning compressor.
