摘要
作者在分析了当前地勘单位管理存在的问题及其原因的基础上,就强化基础管理、正确处理承包与管理的关系、搞好目标控制、提高管理者素质等提出了一些措施和建议,认为地勘单位的兴衰成败取决于它自身的经营管理水平,并强调“以人为中心的管理”的重要性。
Based on an analysis of the problems existed in present management of geological prospecting units and their causes, the authors offer their suggestions for strenthening basic management of these units, correctly handling of the relationship between contracting and management, bettering control of targets (enhancing supervision over the fulfilment of work targets) and raising the efficiency of managers. It is deemed that success or failure of the geological units depends on their own performance, and the importance of 'management focusing on giving full play to the initiative of the workers and staff' is underlined.
